Please register my version of PAM.
I'm enclosing a check/money order/cash/other, for an amount equivalent to
$55.00 Canadian (includes GST), or $39.95 U.S. (My choice). 
A check for any currency, other than Peso's, is acceptable, provided the 
amount is equivalent to $40.00 U.S. Europeans please don't send EuroChecks
in Can. or US amounts, as they won't be processed by European banks except
with a $20.00 US charge. A check in your local currency is OK.

If paying by Visa, I authorize JTS Micro Consulting Ltd. to debit the below
visa card with an amount of $55.00 CAN. (that's equivalent to $39.70 US at 
the time of this file).
